リフォームしている中古住宅を1000万円までの予算限定で

探していました。

地域もある程度絞っていましたので改装が必要な売家が多く

中々決まらない中、日だけが過ぎていきました。

売物件の看板が上がっていたので電話をして聞いてみると

最近売りに出した家との事で期待はしていませんでしたが内覧をさせてもらったところ

思いのほか室内も広くキレイにリフォームされていて金額を確認すると

予算内だったのでそのまま購入の申し込みをしました。
