ガレージ付きの戸建てを探していて、とにかく低予算の為

安い物件を購入して自分でリフォームする予定でした。

最初から改装済の物件でなくDIYをしたかったのでボロボロで安い家を探す中、

知り合いから長屋がよく売りに出ているフォローウィンドさんを紹介してもらい電話で聞いたところ

店舗をガレージにできる物件があるらしく、すぐに週末見学に行きました。

確かに仲はかなりリフォームがいる家でしたが

家が広いのと店舗部分はガレージに十分できること、そしてやはりこの家にしては安いと思ったので

少し価格交渉をさせてもらい購入を決めました。
